It is our desire that your expectations are not only met, but surpassed with every item of jewelry you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange your merchandise within 30 days from the date of shipment for an item of equal or greater value.
In order for a full exchange to be granted, all items purchased must be returned in their original and unworn condition. "Original and unworn" means that there are no marks, blemishes, scratches, alterations or signs of wear on the item or tag. The original packaging and all paperwork must be returned as well. Print out, complete, and include this return form as this will expedite the process. Please remember to insure the package for the full paid value. Items damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned. Please Note: Custom orders are not exchangeable. Custom orders consist of jewelry that is modified from how it appears on the web site. These include a ring size that is not available and/or a metal or stone choice that is not standard with that particular piece or style of jewelry. Custom orders can only be ordered by phone. With the unique and custom nature of our designs, most of our jewelry requires additional time.
Orders from The Color Story Collection by Robert Leser will be shipped UPS within 1 to 2 weeks. Color Story Collection pieces in stock will be shipped UPS either the same or the next business day.
Orders from Raymond Mazza will be shipped UPS within 2 to 4 weeks. During the holiday season Raymond Mazza reduces his delivery time to 1-2 weeks. In stock Raymond Mazza jewelry will be shipped UPS either the same or the next business day.
If you had hoped to receive any of our jewelry earlier than the allotted time, please call us at 703-309-6699. We will gladly find out if special accommodations can be made.
All merchandise shipped will be insured for its full value. To ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry, your signature will be required at the time of delivery.
